Update button is green  but all i have in my MEGA folder are the 2x original versions of the ATS & ETS2 Peterbuilts. I purchased in April for v1.40

Nothing updated, this is getting very tiresome now.

Shame you do not trade from the UK. I could report you to trading standards.

Disgusting customer service and not acceptable when you are taking money for mods.

Check the update page. From version 1.40 to 1.41 no update is required. All files are in your mega

i purchased some of your mods in the past, and got 2 times updates via E-Mail (as far as i remember, there was an Mega-Link, but i can´t find those old mails).  After a break for a year, i wanted to reinstall ATS and so i want to get the newest updates of my RTA-Trucks.

 

I registered on this new page, and tried to get my updates, but until now, there is no way…

 

I just registered me on the Mega-Page, because this seems to be the way, to receive updated files. But even now, there is nothing happening if i hit the “update” button on my profile-page.

Is there anything to do, to connect the RTA-Account to my new Mega-Account ? ( The used E-Mail-Account is the same !)

I wrote 2 messages to the admin, without reaction until now.

 

Pleas give me some advice/help ! The old pete and the SuperLiner were allways my favourite trucks !

Okay:  Just added my Mega-E-mail-Adress to my profile. After updating the profile, it appears in red letters in my profile.

What about the “description MEGA”-Line in the profile ?  Didn´t find mathing informations in my Mega-profile, just added my name…

 

In germany we say:  It is the hope, which dies last…  😉

It is very strange that on October 9, a follow-up email was sent to you with a link to your updates (you probably recently clicked the Update button in your profile)
And today, October 10, you write that you have no letter?
Please check your e-mail. Is it possible that the letter got into your spam folder?

Those are August updates, i still have only the April versions.

Never had either of these, so you talking about my carelessness, is total rubbish.

Absolutely despicable service from you. You do realise that when you start taking money for goods.

That it makes you a business automatically. No wonder SCS do not support or encourage payware.

If they all act in the same couldn’t give a toss way, that you do.

If there are no changes in the game, what do you need to send?
Everyone now has version 3.4 like you
There are no changes in the game 1.40-1.41 and even 1.42
Minor changes are possible for 1.42, but this will be known when the game becomes not a beta but a stable version

Pretty sure my T609 for ETS2 arrived October 8 in mega folder.
Perhaps the 1.42.beta arrival, or soon after, paused release of that truck.

If you look on the updates page, both T609 trucks are now v2.0 and are waiting for end of 1.42.beta
That’s my guess anyway.
