Once you do that, you can ask there for updates.
I don’t know why it is this way, but I got all my models updated all at once in about an hour.

i have same issue with updating, i am not a user of facebook and should not have to be, the damn updater in my profile should work, i would email them about this but i see no contact details to do so

Ihre Aktualisierung funktioniert nicht, Der Button ist 0. es ist doch ein Admin online, wieso wird da nicht aktualisiert? Ihr habt doch meine Daten und warum muß man immer erst fragen? Es sollte von Ihnen geschickt werden, also automatisch!

Hi!

I tried to get the updates about my profile with clicking the update button but the button don’t change to Update Required! Nothing happend! But all my Trucks have status green for 1.49 in the Update List.

Can you fix my updates please?

hi, I still haven’t received any updates for my products. I thought it should work automatically but nothing happened. I’ve been here for a few years and I’ve always had this annoyance of having to chase after something in order to be able to continue using your product. I made a request a few weeks ago but haven’t even received an answer yet.

I am having an issue trying to get my updates for the trucks that I purchased a while ago. I tried to go to my profile and click the update button but nothing happens and I never receive a link in my email like the instructions say. Can someone help me with how to get the updates
