I own both of these mods and stopped play ATS for awhile so downloaded the updated files and have no engine sounds in games and i have no other sound mods installed.

SCS changed a whole bunch of crap over the last few patches. Not trying to be smart but have you got the sound .scs files for those trucks in the mod folder and active? They may need to be placed above the truck in the mod manager to work.

Both K200 and K108 require the presence and activation of  “RTA_Sound_Pack_1_v1.2_Part3.scs”

The file ships with both trucks, so either one will do.
