I don’t know if this is resolved, but I had exactly the same problem and resolved it by following the instructions here: https://rta-mods.com/forums/topic/game-launch-options/

It’s not anything to do with the truck (which is awesome). It’s the game not handling it right, and it can easily be fixed.

I have all the Jazzycat mods and a few other traffic mods, and I have no problems now with loading or framerates. Make sure to get the latest versions of the Jazzy mods as they have been updated recently.
